Export reports

1Open Reports and pick a type

Reports has one selector for the report category and, for most categories, a date range. A few use a month picker instead, and some add clinic, product, city, district or class filters.

Before you print, the screen tells you how many records the current filter will produce, so you find an empty range before you make a PDF of it.

2The ten report types

Field visits — date and time, physician with specialty, clinic, status, feedback and delivered samples. Date range.

Weekly plan — Saturday-to-Friday day blocks with time, doctor, clinic and status. Date range.

Target progress — product, target quantity, achieved quantity, completion percentage, and whether you exceeded or fell short. Month picker.

Sales and returns — date, operation (sale or return), product, quantity, unit price, total, clinic and purchasing doctor, with totals. Date range plus clinic and product filters.

Clinic targets by product — one row per clinic, one column per product with its unit, and a total target. Month picker.

Sample distributions — date, product, quantity given, physician and clinic, with the total deployed. Date range.

Clinic account statements — a per-clinic running ledger: date, debit or credit, reference and notes, amounts, running balance and standing. Date range plus clinic filter.

Clinic debts and payments — totals for debits, payments and net, per-clinic balances, and a posting journal. Date range.

Overdue clinic debts — per clinic: total outstanding, current, 1–30, 31–60, 61–90 and 90+ days. Date range.

Clinics and doctors — each clinic with address, city, district and class, and a table of its doctors with class, specialty, phone and WhatsApp. City, district and class filters; no date range.

3Print, save, or email

Print & Save as PDF opens the system print sheet — that is also how you save a copy, by choosing Save as PDF there.

Compose Report Email opens your mail app with the report attached, where the operating system allows an attachment.

4The free exports that are not Reports

Settings → Your data → Export business data writes a ZIP of CSVs covering the tabular records you have entered. It is deliberately free: it is your escape hatch, so your data is never locked behind a subscription. It is for review or transfer — it is not a restorable backup.

Settings → The List → Export clinics + doctors shares only the roster, for handing your list to a colleague.

Neither of these is a manager-facing PDF. Use Reports for that.
