Products, targets, and results

Free + Pro

A target is always attached to a product, so products come first. Product-level targets are free; splitting a target across clinics is Pro.

1Create the product

Products → add. Give it a name and a unit — Box, Tube, Vial, whatever you sell in. Units you have typed before are suggested, so they stay consistent across products.

A photo is optional and only helps you recognise the product in long lists.

2Set this month's target

Targets → add, then enter the quantity for the current month. Switch on auto-renew and the same quantity is created for you each new month.

The card shows achieved versus target as you record sales, so you can see mid-month whether you are behind.

3Split the target across clinics

Open a clinic card and choose product targets to say how much of the monthly quantity that clinic should take. This is a Pro feature.

It is what makes the Clinic targets by product report in Export reports meaningful — without a split, that report has nothing per clinic to show.

4Record sales and samples

The normal path is Record visit outcome at the end of a visit — priced lines become sales, free lines become samples. You can also add entries directly on Sales and Samples.

Enter a return on Sales as a return operation; it nets against achievement rather than being deleted, so the history stays honest.

5Watch progress without a report

Every clinic card already shows this month's sales progress and the samples you left there. For a per-product view across all clinics, Targets is enough.

Reach for Reports when you need the printable A4 version to hand to someone.
