RepVisit Pro

Set up in 10 minutes

Free + Pro

A first run from an empty app to a planned week. Every step below has its own section further down if you want the detail.

1Install and choose how you start

RepVisit Pro needs no account and no sign-up. The first screen offers three ways in: Start free — 3 days of Pro is an on-device demo that needs no store account and no payment method; Subscribe to Pro opens the App Store or Google Play plans; I have an invite code gives you 7 days of Pro if a colleague sent you a code.

Whichever you pick, your data is created on this phone and stays there. Nothing is uploaded unless you turn on Google Drive backup yourself. Subscription and free access compares all three.

2Learn the menu

Everything is one tap from the drawer: Dashboard, Visits, Weekly Plan, Products, Clinics, Doctors, Targets, Sales, Debts & Payments, Samples, Expenses, Reports and Settings.

Screens with a lock are Pro. You can still open them — you get a short live preview of the real screen before the subscription panel appears.

3Set your profile, country and currency

Open Settings and fill in your name, company and job title — these print in the header of every report. Then set Country / Region, Currency, and Default VAT % if your sales are taxed. Prices and debts are calculated with that VAT, so set it before you record your first sale.

The app language is here too, and it is independent of your phone's language.

4Build The List

Your clinics and doctors are called The List. Import a spreadsheet, import a ZIP a colleague shared with you, or type them in — see Build your list of clinics and doctors.

Add an address or a map pin to every clinic you can. Route ordering and the "time and distance" sort only work for clinics that have coordinates.

5Add products and this month's targets

A target always belongs to a product, so create the products first (Products → add, with a name and a unit such as Box or Tube). Then open Targets and enter the quantity you owe for this month — Products, targets, and results covers this properly.

Turn on auto-renew on a target and the same quantity is carried into next month, so you do not retype it every 30 days.

6Let the app plan the week

Open Weekly Plan and run auto-generate. It reads each doctor's remaining monthly visits, their preferred days and time window, and how close their clinics are to each other, then shows you a preview before it writes anything.

Drag any visit to a different day, reorder within a day, or drop it on the trash target to remove it. Full detail in Plan the week, work the day.

7Work the day, then record the outcome

Visits shows today's still-open visits first. Open one to call, message on WhatsApp, or navigate to the clinic.

When you finish, use Record visit outcome to log the doctor's feedback, the samples you left, and any priced sale. That single form is what later fills your sales, samples and debt reports — nothing else has to be typed twice.

8Print what your manager asks for

Reports turns your data into an A4 PDF: field visits, the weekly schedule, target achievement, sales and revenue, clinic forecasts, samples, account statements, the debt ledger, debt aging, and the client list.

Print is also how you save — the print sheet offers Save as PDF. You can attach the PDF to an email straight from the same screen. See Export reports for every report type.
